Our Commitment to You
At Evolve Health & Wellness, we reserve dedicated time for every patient. Our cancellation policy helps us maintain availability for all patients while ensuring you receive the focused, unhurried care you deserve.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made by:

- Using your online booking portal
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without any notification, may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee compensates for the reserved time that could have been offered to another patient.
Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
We do our best to accommodate patients who arrive late. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your visit to ensure we can provide the full quality of care you deserve and stay on schedule for other patients.
Membership Appointments
Membership-related appointments are also subject to this cancellation policy. Unused membership appointments cannot be carried over or refunded if missed due to no-show.
